The university has support services and resources available to our community members.  This section provides more information about various roles in the Title IX process, and your options so that you can make an informed decision that best fits your needs. Choose the section that applies to you below:

Complainants

  • You have experienced harm.
  • You identify as a survivor or a victim of prohibited conduct under Title IX.
  • You reported your experience to the university.
  • Someone else reported your experience to the university.

Respondents

  • You have been accused of alleged prohibited conduct under Title IX.
  • You have been accused of perpetrating harm.
  • Someone has made a complaint against you.

Third-Parties

  • You have a friend, coworker, or family member who has experienced harm.
  • You have a friend, coworker, or family member who has been accused of alleged prohibited conduct under TItle IX, or of perpetrating harm.
  • You witnessed alleged prohibited conduct under Title IX and are not required to report.
  • Someone shared information with you about alleged prohibited conduct under TItle IX and you are not required to report.

Mandatory Reporters

You are someone who has information that alleged prohibited conduct may have occurred and you are required to make a report to the university.
