Want to get paid to help build a campus where every Longhorn feels respected and safe? The Title IX Office is hiring for the STEP Program Peers, a group of students who teach other students about Title IX policies, processes, support and resources, prevention, and intervention.
 
As a STEP Program Peer, you’ll work closely with the Coordinators of Education and Prevention in the Title IX Office to design and lead student-centered training workshops, programming, and social media content. Topics include Title IX Basics, trauma-informed care, supportive measures, communicating boundaries, and retaliation. No prior Title IX experience needed—we’ll train you.
 
STEP Program Peers will be required to complete 40 hours per semester, including some evenings and weekends, during the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters, and will be compensated $600 per semester upon completion.
